Now I can't even boot into the 2.6.32-16-generic kernel at all. I am dropped at a Busy Box shell. initramfs> I have the regdump_good.txt, although I'm not sure what good it would do you. I have abandoned all hope of ever booting into that kernel again. The weird thing is that I was booting into both a 32-bit Lubuntu OS and a 64-bit Xubuntu OS with the 2.6.32-16 kernel without ever having a problem on the same machine.
