Binary package hint: eclipse
currently, the eclipse package shipped with ubuntu is hard-coded to depened on
the gij jvm,
which is much slower that sun-java-1.6.
since gij, sun-java-1.5, sun-java-1.6 are all in the ubuntu's repositores, i
think it would be better
if the dependency will be on either of them, rather than specifically on gij.
plus, switching eclipse jvm is done editing /etc/eclipse/java_home, and it is
not selectable
using dpkg --reconfigure java-alternatives, or other, more obvious way.
