Public bug reported:
When Gwibber and Firefox are running and want attention, and the Gwibber
window is on top, I try to click Firefox in the taskbar and nothing
happens. I have to minimise Gwibber first by clicking that to be able to
see Firefox, as I cannot raise it from behind Gwibber.
