The Guys at Ubuntu have added the terminal the the list of apps that are
not inverted, so I consider this as fixed. This was not a compiz bug
wrongly assigned really but I was not sure where to assign it.

Termial and Gnome Panel need to be excluded on the compiz negative plugin to
allow for invert on default theme
