I don't seem to be able to properly report this bug :) Ok, a "disconnected imap account" is what kmail used to call an imap account which caches mail locally so that you have your mail around when not connected to the network. I used kmail for several years and I still use this terminology. The account I am using under evolution is an IMAP account with the option to keep a copy of the messages locally turned on - but of course I am using it when online.
