It's only an alternative build dependency:
Package: nordugrid-arc-nox
Build-Depends: [...], libdb4.6++-dev | libdb4.5++-dev | libdb4.4++-dev |
libdb4.3++-dev | libdb4.2++-dev | libdb++-dev, [...]
libdb4.6++-dev is still published and libdb4.7++-dev also provides
libdb++-dev. So the build dependency is still fulfilled.
