If this is still an issue for you, could you tell us the version of claws-mail
and the version of ubuntu?
You can find the claws-mail version by opening Terminal, typing 'apt-cache
policy claws-mail' and copying to the comments. To find the version of Ubuntu,
you can use 'lsb_release -a'. Thanks in advance.
