Sorry I know better than to forget the release
The Release is the Herd 5 Feisty 7.04 Live CD
Desktop version.
I reran the installer and Crash
there was no /var/log/installer/syslog
or /var/log/installer/debug
There was however /var/log/installer/version which
is attached.
Also find attached /var/log/syslog and
/var/log/partman
I am new to Testing (not Linux) so I was wondering
1- how will I know if a bug has been fixed
2- how do I get the new code into a Live CD
to test it again
