This looks like a problem with your packages - the libc P/Invoke is
resolved by the file /etc/mono/config, which is part of the mono-runtime
package. It looks like it's been deleted, e.g. you may have lost it when
cleaning up cruft in your /etc.
Either way, it's not an avahi-sharp bug.
