Public bug reported:

Printing images with transparency information (png, gif) causes problems
:

- in gThumb, Gnome image viewer, the image is a black surface, the
transparent zone gets white;

- in Inkscape, Firefox the image is ok but the transparent zone gets
black

- Openoffice is able to ignore transparency information : printing is
ok.

In case of pdf containing transparent image, evince is printing a black
rectangle but Adobe reader gets ok.

My printer : HP Deskjet 3820 with hpijs pilot.
