Binary package hint: cupsys
foomatic-ppdfile -P HP |grep 4250
HP LaserJet 4250 Id='HP-LaserJet_4250' Driver='Postscript'
shows it should be listed.
At least I can't seem to find it....perhaps the sheer number of choices is
preventing my
brain from seeing it but I don't think that's the case.
I am running on feisty and I have the foomatic-db and foomatic-db-engine
packages
installed so I assume that the list of choices in the cups web interface are
listed
because of the presence of
# ls -al /usr/lib/cups/driver/foomatic
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 29 2007-03-13 17:50 /usr/lib/cups/driver/foomatic ->
../../../bin/foomatic-ppdfile
dpkg -l |grep foomatic yields:
s# dpkg -l |grep foomatic
