Mark:
I was able to replicate your problem by attempting to run the video using
"swfdec swf player", which you have installed. However, this is not a bug with
the player because it is not meant to play *.flv videos, which is the type of
video on the link.

I believe you are using "swfdec swf player" to load the video. To fix
your problem, goto Manage Content Plug-ins under the Tools tab in
firefox, then change Shockwave Flash (application/x-shockwave-flash) to
Adobe Flash Player (installer). Finally, restart your browser and test.
Hopefully, this fixes your problem. If not, you can remove the player
by typing the following in terminal:

sudo apt-get remove swfdec-mozilla

and use Adobe Flash Player for all your Flash flies. Please let me know
if this does not solve your issue.

Since what you submitted is not really a bug, or a problem, but rather
an idea to improve Ubuntu, you are invited to post your idea in Ubuntu
Brainstorm at http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/ where it can be discussed,
voted by the community and reviewed by developers. Thanks for taking the
time to share your opinion!

PS: Yes, you can copy and paste from an Email into terminal. Simply
copy from the Email with terminal open, right click inside of terminal,
then click paste (or Shift+Ctrl+V).

** Package changed: firefox-3.0 (Ubuntu) => swfdec-mozilla (Ubuntu)
