Hello I reported the same bug here(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video- ati/+bug/531372), but Bryce Harrington marked it as invalid. This is the same bug but I have another card model. However, when I disabled KMS(through grub), 3D performance remained same like in Karmic.
