Lionel, Pasi, please excuse the rudeness of certain bug-reporters here
who do not appreciate the hard work that you do.

Now that the gdm-2.20 package is history, xubuntu-desktop requires the
installation of gdm, which pulls in libbonobo and a boatload of other
GNOME dependencies that I'd rather do without.

SLiM looks interesting (I just found out about it---yay for more
options), but what I'd really like is to have the gdm dependency changed
to "gdm | x-display-manager" to allow a much-needed bit of flexibility.

Should I file a new bug report for this? Against ubuntu-meta and/or
xubuntu-meta?
