* Merge from Debian Testing. Remaining Ubuntu changes:
- Disable jackd configuration options if not installed.
- debian/control: Added 'screencast' to long description.
* debian/patches/update-translations.patch: Fixes en_US spellings in
rmdStrings.py and applies the set of newly translated and corrected
files exported from translations.launchpad.net Thanks to Dominic Evans.
