Binary package hint: mozilla-thunderbird
To reproduce:
View an IMAP folder. Open an email. Choose File > Save as > File. Choose
a filename containing a colon (this will happen by default if the
subject contained a colon). Attempt to write the file to a filesystem
that does not allow colons, such as FAT32. Thunderbird will silently
fail to write the file.
