Howdy, and thank you for helping to improve Ubuntu by opening this ticket.
I've confirmed this problem with a 8.04 Mythbuntu install that I am attempting
to upgrade to 10.04 (which of course is still in Beta) via update-manager -d.
Some users have reported that, via synaptic, disabling various software
sources and/or third party software resolved the issue for them, but it
has not resolved it for me.
