Tnx Mitch for dealing with my bug.

I followed your instructions, started the Ubuntu One Client again and
copied one file into the Ubuntu One Folder (TCgi.log), just for example.

There was no log files in ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/syncdaemon.log but in
~/.cache/ubuntuone/log_old/syncdaemon.log, which I attached.
