a newb question for ya--since you brought it up--I have seen kdelibs4c2a
package mentioned quite a bit in my travels on forums, lists, looking at
packages, etc, without knowing what it does. Can you give me a very short,
layman's summary of what it controls? You can answer on the kubuntu users list
if not appropriate here.
