CD (http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live) and let me know here whether
or not the problem is fixed for you?
Note that you only have this bug if you see the following in your
/var/log/installer/debug file:
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'ok_handler'
If you do not have that error message in your /var/log/installer/debug
file, then you have a different bug (that I'd appreciate you file
separate from this bug report).
