Public bug reported:
The x session used for login reads the device entered at install.
/dev/mouse is defaulted to.
We have not yet created a root file space when the choice is made.
At install no /dev/mouse is created. This confounds X.
X must be manually changed to /dev/psaux to stop malfunctions
like runaway key repeats.
