I have not been able to reproduce this, using 'break=boot', normal boot,
or recovery mode. Using plymouth 0.8.1-2, nvidia-current, plymouth-
theme-ubuntu-logo on an nvidia 8600M GT chipset. Have tested with or
without plymouth in the initramfs.

I'm also not sure bug #551263 is still reproducible, though I'm not sure
what change would have fixed it.

I've even simulated a cryptsetup prompt in the initramfs by hacking
cryptroot to call plymouth ask-for-password, to no effect.

So this is unreproducible for me as of now.

What versions of the plymouth, libplymouth2, plymouth-theme-ubuntu-logo
packages do you see this with?
