Sorry to hear you are having problems with Ubuntu One. Looking at the logs it
looks like the problem is the names of some of your files contain invalid utf-8
characters. I have a Python script you can use to help locate these. If you
would like to use it run the following command.
wget http://people.ubuntu.com/~duanedesign/utf8-filename-check.py &&
python utf8-filename-check.py
This particular bug has already been reported and is a duplicate of bug 368626
