I think 64 'affected' tells us the that bug isn't invalid - it's confirmed >64 times. If there are steps reporters can take to help gather more information on the fault, I think we'd appreciate heard what steps we can take since most of us aren't professional bug hunters. :) FWIW: I just had another hit with openoffice 1:3.2.0-4ubuntu2 entered as bug 553793 I see launchpad is now requesting "If possible please report the bug about openoffice.org from inside the application: Help -> Report a Bug" If the apport crash traces are useless, maybe it should be set to not launch apport??
