Unable to follow your train of thought, You reply to original message rather 
then build a track of inquiry and response,. If you used the reply button on 
your email program I could see what you have seen and are replying to and where 
the discussion is coming from. I have no idea what you have read and what you 
are talking about!

Oh I see, it must be because all but the i386 package was built by the buildd 
system...
OK, so to test the newer version you could either try and test this in the 
development version (lucid), or, from the orig.tar.gz, extract it, and run 
"./configure && make && make install" in that directory. The compiled binary 
should be in the ../src folder.

Status in “xsensors” package in Ubuntu: Incomplete

Bug description:
Binary package hint: synaptic

Installed xsensors with synaptic package manager in ubuntu 9.10. When launched 
a 
tiny box appears in top left corner of screen. When expanded box labelled 
xsensors 0.50 is empty. Blank box instead of temp, fan speeds, and voltage 
readings from motherboard.
