Thanks. I tried to follow what you have said. Seemingly the deamon is not running so i skipped step 1. I did step 2. I did step 3. On step 4 the confusion starts. I do not have ubuntu One at that place in my menus. It is under System/Preferences What i recall it was changing location in the menus with the updates i have done to Ubuntu. In one place of descriptions in help it should be where it is now and you say it should be under Internet. And this is where it was before. Anyhow. I have a laptop and there it works totally perfectly - no problems. Here for me the only way right now to upload and download files is that i go onto the net with my browser. I have then copied files into the folder trying to upload but did not work what I could see. No connection - I suppose as the demon is not running. I have attached the logs though as you asked for. Please let me know what else you need from me for this bug fix.
