Please don't assign anyone else to bugs. Assignments mean that a
specific person is actively working on a fix, and it's not fair to them
to assign a bug without their knowledge. The best approach is to ensure
that the person is subscribed to a bug. They will be able to follow the
bug and assign it to themselves if they decide to work on it.
