To whom it may concern, The person responsible for the OK to approve download updates to Zorin users caused a problem, My OS is crashed because of the updates, I lose all files and stuff. I dont have time to mess with OS faults every update. Other people must have this same problem from the last updates. I have gotten no personal responses from anybody. Really liked Zorin. Now I see I need to go back to Windows, Perhaps in 5 years or so Zorin will have the same quality as Windows customer support. For Linyx, Zorin was the best...Now no more. No response on how to fix problem....Will
