Dear Sir or Madam!
Thank you very much for your attention!!!
I've got few days ago solution to my problem: I bought external, USB sound card 
"Sound Blaster Play", found driver for this card for "Ubuntu" in the Internet 
and now I have sound with this sound card and and with "Ubuntu0.04" and with 
WindowsXP Pro--(I have dual booting from single HDD, 160GB)
