Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings
In KDE System Setitings open "File Sharing", click "Administrator Mode", enter
password.
Then nothing happens; the "Administrator Mode" button remains gray and the
panel also remains gray.
Closing the application, logging out, etc. does not help.
