Hi Christopher. Thanks for your bug report. You'll be happy to know
that the two bugs that you describe been fixed and the fix will be
available with the next version of software-center (1.1.24). This is
not currently available in the archives, but will be soon.
In the meantime, I'll will mark this one as a duplicate of an earlier
bug 529529 that reports the same problem. Please be sure to monitor bug
529529 for additional info. Thanks again!
