Binary package hint: ubuntu-desktop
I stated Ubuntu Lucid Lynx Beta 1 (10.04) with polish language support
(polish version of Try without installing), but gnome and gui apps are
in English.
However, enviroment is polish (echo $LANG -> pl_PL.UTF-8), and some man
pages (e.g. man man) are in polish.
