After installaton everything seems to be OK. However, when I installed Ubuntu directly from the welcome-boot-screen (screen where you choose whether you would Try Ubuntu, Install, Check disck for defect etc., I don't know what it is named) without internet connection, whole gnome was also in english, instead of polish.
