Hello,
After extensive testing with various WiFi routers, i consider
this issue resolved. I don't know about the others, but i am
sure that my problem was a wrong combination of router
and security settings. I also don't know if this happens only
on Linux or also on Windows, as i did not get to test the
windows behavior for long, and the problem showed up
at random times. Thanks everyone of the advice.
