I'm closing this bug , since there is not yet a color palatte and as per
Mark's comment asking Otto to set a palatte for the ubuntu-mono icons

Also the tango palatte is just a color palatte to maintain consistency
within the tango icon theme , the ubuntu-mono is a new icon theme and
icons should have their own color palatte
