I can confirm this happens to me, too. I:

 * installed telepathy-haze and pigdin-skype 
 * added a bigbrownchunx-skype-dbus account to telepathy. I just filled up the 
account name and didn't touch the defaults
 * the skype client prompted me to allow access to a new application and I 
allowed it.

Immediately after I allowed it telepathy-haze crashed. It continued
crashing until I disabled the account. It doesn't matter whether the
skype client is already running or not (pigdin-skype autostarts it, as
it's configured to do so by default) nor whether I allow it to access
the skype client once or forever.
