I don't have any objections if you wish to package 0.6.4 for Ubuntu. Both 0.6.4 and 0.7.2 have similar bugs fixes applied, which would satify most of users. :) I would vote for 0.7 since that's the one I have tried out. Probably another 10 users (that I know of) have tested the 0.7 series from the gnote ppa repository.
Since 0.6.2 (that is currently in ubuntu): * Bugs fixed: Numerous fixes have been applied (one of them fixes a minor crashing event) * Internationalization: Translations have been updated and new ones included. * lucid is a long-term release, I believe it should have an up-to-date version of each application, including gnote, in the repositories. 0.6: http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gnote/0.6/gnote-0.6.3.news http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gnote/0.6/gnote-0.6.4.news 0.7: http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gnote/0.7/gnote-0.7.1.news http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gnote/0.7/gnote-0.7.2.news -- Please sync gnote (0.7.1) from Debian testing (main) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/538921 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
