OK, this seems to be fixed on my system.
There was no update since yesterday of this theme (package version 0.1.6.3),
but after seeing that the button layout (close, minimize, maximize) did not
change after upgrading the package (and version 0.1.6.3 as far as I understand
was released mainly to comply with the new decision for the layout) I decided
to change themes and change back to the light themes, and this changed the
button layout AND fixed the annoying problem mentioned above.
I am changing this bug status to fixed.
