Subject: [Bug 543137] Re: Ubuntu One never asks for me to authorize my computer
after I delete the Ubuntu One Token: I can't connect to Ubuntu One on this
machine.

Jeff,
Thank you for taking the time to file this bug report. The information gathered
from these is very helpful in making Ubuntu One better. It sounds like for some
reason Ubuntu One did not fully quit until you restarted. You can check to see
if any Ubuntu one processes are running by issuing the command.

ps uaxxc | grep ubu

However you were able to finally get your computer added to your
account? If not i will include the steps to reauthorize your machine.

   1. Quit the Ubuntu One client
   2. Open Applications->Accessories->Passwords and Encryption Keys
   3. Click on the arrow next to "Passwords"
   4. Right-click on the Ubuntu One token and select "Delete"
   5. Go to https://one.ubuntu.com/account/machines/
   6. Click on the checkbox next to your computer
   7. Click the "Remove selected computers" button
   8. Open Applications->Internet->Ubuntu One
   9. a web page should open, prompting you to add your computer to your Ubuntu
One account
  10. Add your computer

You should be connected after you follow these steps. If you are not
connected, can you please attach the following files to this bug report?

~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/oauth-login.log
~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/syncdaemon-exceptions.log

After you attach logs or make additional comments you can change the
'Status' of your bug back to 'New'. The status of a bug report can be
modified by clicking on the current status in the yellow line, which
will reveal a sub menu. You can then set a new status in the drop down
box.

thank you,
