Darrell: If you believe you are still experiencing the same problem, file another bug report with all the needed debugging information. Most instructions for common problems can be found at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProcedures. If it turns out this is the same problem as this, then it will be marked duplicate of this by the BugSquad and this can be reopened as a regression, but until then please file another report.
