thank you for supplying the additional logs. It looks like the problem is the 
write value set for the syncdaemon.

UbuntuOneSyncdaemonConfig:
 [bandwidth_throttling]
 read_limit = 2097152
 write_limit = 0
 on = False

Even though it is not on for some reason it being set to 0 is causing an
issue. I believe this is a known issue. I will look for the 'master' bug
report on this but i wanted to get you the workaround ASAP. In a
Terminal (Applications > Accessories > Terminal) please run the
following:

gedit  ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf

Change the  write_limit  to the same as the read or whatever your
preference. As long as its not 0 I don't think it matters since you have
throttling turned off.
