Hi Jerry, I'm duping these all to the master i845 GPU lock bug, for two
reasons. First, because I have a feeling at heart they're all
permutations of the gpu cache coherency issue. Second because I think
we'll end up blacklisting KMS on this hardware which (I assume) will
work around this problem.
