Binary package hint: xfce4-panel
When I switch my session language from English to German (logging out
and in again), the menu entries of the xfce4 panel menu do not change
language, i.e., they still read "applications", "settings", and so on.
When i create a new Xcfe menu, its title is correct German 'Xfce Men"u'
(with an u-Umlaut), but its menu entries are still English.
