Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus-share

samba-share uses libpam-smbpass to gain user passwords and save a samba-
compatible hash in passdb.tdb; therefore, after the setup of a share
with samba-share, the user is asked to log out and log in;

however: this does not work if in the user administration the account is
configured to enable a password-free login (users-admin, Password: Not
asked on login); it would be better if samba-share would force the user
to type in his/her password at once (i.e. with gksudo)

** Affects: nautilus-share (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
