Unfortunately there is no debugging info in either of those logs in "log.zip" posted above. Are you sure that this is the entire contents of your your $HOME/.cache/ubuntuone/log/ folder? There should be a syncdaemon-exceptions.log &/or a syncdaemon-exceptions.log with a date & time in the filename.
If it not the entire contents of that folder, can you please zip the whole folder & attach the zip file to this bug report? Please note that the logs in this folder may show filenames you are attempting to sync with Ubuntu One. If you do not want this to be public, please mark the bug as private and this bug report will only be available to you and the Ubuntu One team.
