Thank you for supplying the additional information. Could you please try the
following command and check back here with the results.
1. Quit the Client/Preferences by selecting Quit from the applet. Run
the following in a Terminal (Applications > Accessories > terminal) to
Quit syncdaemon:
u1sdtool -q
2. Run the following in a Terminal (Applications > Accessories >
Terminal):
rm -rf ~/.local/share/ubuntuone/syncdaemon/trash/N
3. Restart Ubuntu One as normal.
