I've seen this as well (I really thought you had an existing bug already
for this but can't seem to locate it at the moment). Would be nice to
have a reliable way to reproduce it, but I've had the same experience in
seeing that it is very rare, and doesn't seem to relate to anything that
I can tell that I'm doing to trigger it. Setting this to low since it
doesn't seem to have much more than aesthetic impact at the moment.
