I still haven't checked feisty but I wanted to comment nevertheless that it is not needed for it to be a single package. See my example:
$ sudo apt-get remove mingw32 Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required: mingw32 mingw32-runtime mingw32-binutils Use 'apt-get autoremove' to remove them.
