Using Ubuntu 10.04 Beta2.
I have an HP 2730p connected to a dock with a vga cable going to an
external monitor. The graphics card is integrated Intel 4500MHD.
There are two desktop background displayed, one on top of the other. One
is the size of the laptop monitor, the other of the external monitor.
The smaller one is on top of the other one.
When the screen needs to be darkened (e.g. when asking for the password)
only a part of it gets darkened. The laptop screen part.
I've attached a screenshot.
