All the dependencies you mention are available for jaunty in the
archives, please try to update your local list of available packages by
running the following command in a terminal:
sudo apt-get update
If this doesn't solve the issue please attach the file
/etc/apt/sources.list and any files in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ here.
